Provenance: From the collection of the late Peter F. Frazier and M. Prudence Fleck. Note: On the bottom of the well is a note that reads "Taken from the desk of Vice President A. H. Stephens in Rebel senate chambers Richmond Va. at its capture Apr. 3. 1863".
