Kobayashi Kiyochika (1847-1915), Asakusa Bridge in Ryogoku Fire , Japan, 1881, color woodblock print, published by Kobayashi Tetsujiro, signed on print, publisher's seal on right margin, titled and dated on bottom, oban yoko-e , 7 3/4 x 12 1/8 in. Condition: Buckling at a slanted angle, a bulge with dull crease to bottom, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Purchased in 1983 from Japan Gallery, New York.
