Four Chinese Export Porcelain Armorial Dishes, 18th century, a soup plate centered with the motto "Virtute Acquiritus Honos" [acquired by virtue of honor] over gilt and enameled coat of arms, with enameled blossom and gilt spearhead borders; an octagonal soup plate with polychrome enamel blossoms at the center and small Arms of Shepheard on the rim and cavetto with inscribed motto "I Mean Harm to None," with enameled blossoms and gilt spearhead borders; and a tea bowl and saucer with enamel and gilt shield and ermine-trimmed mantle with monogram, and blue underglaze diamond diaper and gilt spearhead borders, (imperfections), dia. 3 1/2 to 9 in.
