Blue and White Woven Wool and Cotton Coverlet, woven by Harry Tyler, Butterville, Jefferson County, New York, 1843, two-piece, double weave coverlet woven with dark navy wool and natural cotton with a central field of stars and floral medallions, bordered on three sides with leafy fruiting trees and fences, the bottom border with inscriptions "JEFFERSON CO. " and "JEFFERSON CO. N.Y," two corner blocks featuring Harry Tyler's early trademark lion figures with woven inscription "DIANA FULLER/1843," (minor losses, unobtrusive repairs), approx. 88 x 79 in.
