Blue and White Woven Jacquard Coverlet, probably eastern United States, 1830, two-piece double weave wool and cotton coverlet composed of nine large floral medallions interspersed with quatrefoil designs, with a border design of spreadwing eagles with shields, alternating with spire-top buildings, with diamond chain edge border, two corner blocks with inscription "ELIZABETH, HOLBERT 1830," (toning, scattered losses), 96 x 78 1/2 in.
