Karachov Kazak, Southwest Caucasus, third quarter 19th century, the deep green field with a central red, ivory and blue gabled and hooked medallion, flanked by serrated devices and squares of similar size, other polychrome geometric forms and animals surrounding, all within an ivory geometric main border, multiple reciprocal trefoil minor borders, 6 ft. 5 in. x 5 ft.
