Star Ushak Carpet, West Anatolia, early 19th century, the red field with two large olive-colored eight-lobed star medallions, flanking a smaller navy four-pointed center medallion, floral arabesques in shades of blue interspersed between, all within a wide stylized vine and palmette main border, 11 ft. 5 in. x 7 ft. 6 in.
