Kuba Rug, Northeast Caucasus, late 19th century, the brown field with an allover highly stylized design of zoomorphic elements in ivory with highly stylized bird and vase-type medallions in shades of blue and red with other animals and "S" motifs throughout, all within a light blue serrated leaf and "wineglass" main border, several ivory stylized rosette and vine pattern minor borders, 6 ft. x 4 ft.
