Three Sterling Silver Brooklyn Yacht Club Trophies, two Gorham: a circular tray with molded piecrust border and cast scrolled rim, and with engraved inscription "Brooklyn Yacht Club/ Annual Regatta/ June 1894/ 1st Prize Class 7/ Won by/ Tigress," dia. 11; and bowl with a lobed and beaded edge and gold-washed interior, engraved to outside, "Brooklyn Yacht Club/Fall Regatta/1894/Ileika," dia. 5; and a Reddall & Co. dish, the scalloped edge with female masks, the center with acid-etched inscription, "Brooklyn/Yacht Club/Fall Regatta/Sept. 15th 1900/won by/Yacht Pebble", dia. 5 3/4 in.; approx. 25.1 total troy oz. N. B. Tigress was a thirty-five foot sloop owned by James Weir Jr., member of the Atlantic Yacht Club. She was designed by Captain Philip R. Ellsworth.
