Indian, 19th century. Carved wood plaque with fish and scrolled foliate motif with open work floral and serpentine form stems and leaves at top. Polychromed red border on rectangular portion at bottom framing four fish, joined into pairs. Height 33 inches, width 15.25 inches, depth .5 inches. Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. Thomas V. and Mrs. Marie B. Patton, Atlanta, Georgia.
