Model 1952 Mannlicher Schoenauer Carbine with Scope, c. 1956, serial number 17149, .30-06, carved walnut stock with checkered wrist and handguard surrounded by foliate designs, bottom of the pistol grip has a cap with the initials ERB , receiver marked MADE IN AUSTRIA/Original/Mannlicher/Schoenauer/Mod. 1952/kal. 30-06 , left side of the receiver marked STYER-DAIMLER-PUCH A.G., STEYR , scope marked HENSOLDT/WETZLAR/DIAVRI-D/1,5-6X , serial number 155728 , barrel lg. 21, overall lg. 41 in. Provenance: Built by Kurt Jaeger and brought back from Germany by the consignor after his service in the military during the mid to late 1950s. Note: FFL.
