Five-piece Victorian Sterling Silver Tea and Coffee Service, London, 1860-61, Robert Hennell III, maker, bearing St. Petersburg, Russia import marks, each repousse-decorated with a basketweave design, pear-form coffeepot, ht. 9 3/4, teapot, and creamer, and flared waste bowl engraved with crowned monogram "BAB" to underside, and oval basket with Pomian Armorial to center, lg. 11 3/8 in., approx. 98.2 troy oz. N.B. A number of Polish noble families use the Pomian Armorial, which dates back to c. 1279.
