Carved and Painted Wood Figural Bird Sculpture, late 19th century, depicting three perched birds, all with speckled fronts and yellow caps, with polychrome flower and the uppermost bird attached with wire "legs" to the edge of a birdbath, which is held in the bill of a second bird, who rests upon a painted natural branch, on the base with the last bird above a well, (minor imperfections), overall ht. 13, overall wd. 12 1/2 in.
