Four Early New England Stoneware Jugs, Connecticut and others, early 19th century, tall ovoid forms with applied handles with cobalt blue at the extremities, including one with wide band collar mouth and impressed with a circle and rosette mark highlighted in blue cobalt, one with reeded neck marked "D. GOODALE./HASRTFORD," one with straight tooled neck marked "GOODWIN/&/9/WEBSTER," and one with reeded neck marked "GOODWIN/&/WEBSTER," (imperfections), ht. 14 1/2, 14 1/2, 14 1/4, 11 1/4 in., respectively.
