Antique Mahal Carpet, West Persia, early 20th century, the two stacked, slightly cusped center lozenges inset with a radial palmette and blossoming branches, flanked by four pendants with highly stylized branches and flowers all on a camel-colored field, medium blue spandrels with weeping willow trees, all within a medium blue interlacing vine, palmette, and blossom main border, weeping willow branch and palmette-patterned minor border, 9 ft. 10 in. x 8 ft. 8 in.
