Baluch Rug, Northeast Persia, late 19th century, the field comprised of two rows of red and navy Turkoman octagonal guls flanked by full and half stepped diamonds with a navy quadruped-patterned inner border, stylized rosette and confronting triangle border between two "soldat"-patterned minor borders, the elems with a row of alternating hexagon and squares between stylized rosettes, 6 ft. 7 in. x 3 ft. 6 in.
