Soumak Carpet, Northeast Caucasus, late 19th century, three medium blue and light green lobed medallions on a central axis flanked by octagons and pointed triangular devices along with stylized rosettes, latch-hooked diamonds, and endless knots motifs on a terra-cotta field, all within an eight-pointed star in octagon-patterned main border, "running dog" and double cross minor borders, 11 ft. 7 in. x 7 ft. 5 in.
