Eight Flower Painting Leaves from an Album, China, depicting a purple iris; a hydrangea with orchid flowers; a pink plum branch with white daffodils; a peach branch with an orchid; a lily of the valley with purple lilies; a tiger lily with small flowers; a pink peony; and pink roses; all painted in boneless style, variously sealed with two reading "Songqin Jushi" and "Yuan Fang," color on cotton, painting 18 x 22 in. Provenance: From the estate of Kai Suhr, who supplied Chiang-Kai-shek's army in China between the years of 1938-1939.
