Three Long Wooden Lintel Friezes, India, one carved in high relief to depict Krishna seated under a canopy at the center, flanked by male and female attendants and devotees and animal-headed musicians and dancers; one decorated with openwork carvings of Krishna playing a flute, flanked by pigs standing on each other's backs, attendants, riders on horseback and mythical birds, ending in foliate scrolls; the third carved with a seated central figure flanked by numerous human and animal-headed attendants, lg. to 73 in.
