Manner of Francois Boucher (French, 1703-1770) A Pair of Fete Galantes. Unsigned, identified "...Collection of...Mary Anne, Baroness Forester and Colonel W.S.W. Parker-Jervis..." on fragmentary labels affixed to the stretcher, one with a Paris canvas stencil and inscription "...d'apres Boucher...sujet Pastoral 1703-1770" on the reverse. Oil on canvas (oval format), 33 x 20 3/4 in., framed. Condition: One lined and with retouch, the other with punctures and losses, both with surface grime, craquelure.
