Kenneth Warnock Evett (American, 1913-2005) Hunter Under Stone Arch Signed "KEVETT" l. r., inscribed "Hunter" in pencil on the reverse, identified on a label from the Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, affixed to the frame backing. Oil on Masonite, 30 x 20 in. (76.2 x 50.8 cm), framed. Condition: Scattered losses along edges beneath the frame liner, surface grime. Provenance: Sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.
