Davenport porcelain serving platter with blue and white figural transfer decoration of a courting couple enjoying a picnic in a garden with a seated musician playing mandolin and a man holding cane or walking stick addressing seated young maiden. Marked on bottom with Late 19th century Davenport mark and embossed Davenport mark as well as Watteau for pattern. Platter measures approximately 15.25" x 19".
