Attributed to Pieter van Bloemen, called Standard (Flemish, 1657-1720) Harbor Scene Unsigned, identified on labels, including one from Galerie Arnot, Vienna, affixed to the reverse. Oil on canvas, 20 1/2 x 26 1/2 in. (52.1 x 67.3 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, craquelure, varnish inconsistencies. Provenance: Galerie Arnot, Vienna; descended within the family to the present owner.
