Romanian. 20th Century. Ioan Nemtoi thick art glass vase blown in vivid colors of green, blue, yellow and black with spiral stripes and cobalt and red mottled spatter. Acid etched signature Nemtoi on the base. Ioan Nemtoi is a glass artist born in Romania in the 60's. In 1995 Nemtoi opened his own glass studio where he currently has 20 employees. All glass is blown by mouth and he is collected worldwide. Height 8.25", width 9", mouth width 4".
