Al (Albert) Hirschfeld (American, 1903-2003) Jack Gilford Signed "HIRSCHFELD" l. r., inscribed "For Jack with admiration" in pencil l.l., with a newspaper clipping fragment "The New York Times, Friday, December 24, 1976" and a label from The Margo Feiden Galleries, New York, both affixed to the frame backing. Ink on paper, sight size 22 x 13 1/2 in. (56.0 x 34.3 cm), framed. Condition: Foxing, not examined out of frame. N.B. Born Jacob Aaron Gellman, Jack Gilford (1907-1990) was a noted actor on Broadway and in film and television.
