Louis Agassiz Fuertes (American, 1874-1927) Ground Dove. Female Signed "LAFuertes" l.r., identified on a remnant of a label affixed to the frame backing paper. Ink and wash with whiting on watermarked wove paper, 6 x 7 in. (15.2 x 18.0 cm), framed. Condition: Toning, subtle rippling, hinged to window mat in two places on the top edge of the reverse, reverse with remnants of former mounting.
