Ernest David Roth (American, 1879-1964) Two Etchings: Stones of Venice , 1926-27, and The Little Mosque, Constantinople , 1908. Both signed and dated "Ernest D. Roth..." in pencil l.r., the former identified within the plate and numbered "Ed. 90" in pencil l.l., the latter with a fragmentary label from Frederick Keppel & Co., Inc., New York, affixed to the backing. Etchings on paper, plate sizes to 13 1/2 x 9 1/4 in., framed. Condition: Stones with toning and mat burn, not examined out of frames.
