Frank Weston Benson (American, 1862-1951) Duck Rising Over Marsh . Unsigned, inscribed "#528" on the reverse. Ink wash, charcoal, and graphite on paper, 17 3/4 x 13 1/4 in., framed. Condition: Foxing, staining, minor mat burn, brown paper tape fragments along the sides of the reverse, and with an unfinished watercolor of a marsh and sky on the reverse. Provenance: Descended within the family of the artist.
