Jadeite Covered Vase, China, 19th century, baluster-shape with waisted neck and flanged rim, the body decorated with two goat-shaped ears alternating with two stylized chilong ears, each with a loose ring, the cover in the shape of a two-tiered dome with a recumbent lamb finial, white stone with apple green and russet inclusions, with a round openwork wood stand, ht. 10 1/4 in. Provenance: Purchased at S. Bernstein & Co., receipt dated May 15, 1997.
