Heritage Furniture Inc. (American (High Point, North Carolina), 20th century), circa 1950s. Pair of mid century modern walnut wood nightstands of rectangular form with pull out drawer with recessed almond form pull above a slightly arched apron and cross stretcher rattan shelf joining four tapered square legs. Each marked on interior of drawer with "HERITAGE" for North Carolina furniture maker that merged with Drexel in 1957 to become Drexel Heritage. Marked on underside with stencil marks "314-E", "I-62", "NATURAL WALNUT" and "509". Each overall approximate height 22.75", width 22.25", depth 28.125".
