Thomas Hart Benton (American, 1889-1975) Night Firing , 1943, edition of 250, published by Associated American Artists, New York (Fath, 57). Signed "Benton" in pencil l.r. and within the matrix, identified on a label from AAA affixed to the mat. Lithograph on wove paper with "Alexandra Book" watermark, image size 8 3/4 x 13 1/4 in. (22.2 x 33.5 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1 inch with deckled edges to all but the right side, subtle toning.
