Group of Mostly Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Belts and Belt Buckles, late 19th/early 20th century, including two English belts with decorated links, six belt buckles including a flower-form buckle and a Russian niello buckle with kindjal-form fastening, and a half-buckle in the form of a head of a woman, approx. total 16.0 troy oz. Provenance: From the Collection of Christie Romero. Christie Romero was a historian of antique, period, and vintage jewelry, as well as a certified gemologist, lecturer, instructor and consultant. She was the director of the Center for Jewelry Studies, the author of Warman's Jewelry , and an appraiser on PBS's Antiques Roadshow.
