Pair of Covered Temple Jars and a Vase, China, 20th century, parrot-green-glazed jars with allover crackling, bulbous-shape with straight neck and waisted bottom, unglazed mouth and footring, white-glazed interior and base with a double ring mark in underglaze blue, the domed cover with a flanged rim, one with a stringed tassel, ht. 16 1/4; and a pear-shape vase resting on a raised foot, brown-glazed with allover crackling in gray, ht. 8 1/4 in. Provenance: Purchased in 1983 from Marcoz in Boston.
