Large Parcel-gilt Watercolor and Pen and Ink Biblical Work on Paper, William Ball, 1830, drawn in at least six different colored pigments, elaborately designed with intricate geometric and gilt border surrounding a central demilune arch and sun-form flanked by abstracted designs and cross-legged angels with gilt trumpets, above the Lord's Prayer, the Ten Commandments, the Nicene Creed, the date "Christmas MDCCCXXX," and a pious verse, all bordered and decorated with geometric and foliate designs, above the maker's name and age, (imperfections), 21 3/4 x 29 in. , in a period molded giltwood frame.
