August Edouart (French/American, 1789-1861) Two Silhouettes of Gentlemen, one signed in l. l. corner "Augt Edouart fecit 1826," depicting a man in a top hat holding a walking stick, in a black frame with gilt liner, the other depicting a man in a top hat holding an umbrella, the reverse inscribed "William Longfellow 1828," in a gilt molded oval frame, (imperfections), ht. to 13, wd. to 10 1/4 in.
