Five Wedgwood Ivory Vellum Items, England, c. 1885, each gilt decorated, four with enamels: a vase with large flowers, raised lion mask and ring handles, ht. 7 1/2, vase with scrolled handles and foliate festoons bordered with a green ground, ht. 5 1/4, two-handled squat bottle-shape vase with large flowers, ht. 3 1/4, and bottle-shape vase with bird perched on a branch, ht. 5; and a globular potpourri and pierced cover with raised gold flowers, ht. 5 1/2 in.; impressed and printed marks. Provenance: Property of the Saint Louis Art Museum. Sold to benefit the acquisition fund.
