Two Yixing Covered Teapots, China, one compressed round form with everted mouth rim, C-shape handle, and short protruding spout, medium-thick walls of purplish-brown clay, the slightly domed cover with a compressed round knob with a steam hole, marked "Gu Jingzhou" on base and the cover interior, ht. 3, wd. 6 3/8; the other rounded square form, in dark brown clay, bamboo-inspired carved designs with the C-shape handle in the shape of a bamboo branch with leaves and the spout in the shape of a bamboo shoot with leaves, slightly domed square cover, with its knob in the shape of a twisted bamboo stalk with leaves, marked "Jing Xiwang zhi" on base, ht. 2 7/8, wd. 5 7/8 in.
