Art Nouveau-style Quarter-hour Vienna Regulator, c. 1890, carved and applied molded case decoration, 7-in. brass Roman numeral dial with porcelain chapter ring, and engraved center, eight-day time and quarter-striking movement stamped "Made in Czechoslovakia" on the back plate, regulated by a pendulum with decorated bob, and powered by three brass-cased weights with raised decoration, ht. 48 in.
