Three Pieces of French Silver Tableware, a basin bearing the guarantee mark for Paris, 1819-38, dia. 8, a .950 silver beaker with a gadrooned and monogrammed foot, 1798-1809, maker's mark rubbed, possibly "NJ," ht. 4 1/8, and dish with a egg-and-dart cast rim, the scalloped edge also engraved with foliate branches, 1855-82, Alexandre-Auguste Turquet, maker, dia. 10 in.; together with a small group of French silver flatware: ten knives with mother-of-pearl handles (six with .800 silver blades marked for Paris 1803-08, maker's mark "JT[P]"), four spoons with shovel-form bowls and engraved armorial to terminal bearing various 18th/19th century hallmarks, and a small salt spoon with an engraved crown armorial bearing only a guarantee mark, approx. 42.2 troy oz. total weighable silver.
