Frank Weston Benson (American, 1862-1951) The Sarah Douglass Signed and dated "F. W. Benson/'22" l.l., identified on a label from Vose Galleries of Boston affixed to the frame backing paper. Watercolor on paper, 20 x 16 in. (50.8 x 40.7 cm), framed. Condition: Minor acid burn to edges of the sheet, hinged to back mat in two places at the top of the reverse. Provenance: A private Florida collection.
