Alfred Thompson Bricher (American, 1837-1908) Ocean Cliffs, Sunlight Monogram signed "ATBRICHER" l. r., with an F.W. Devoe & Co., New York, canvas stencil on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 24 x 20 in. (61.0 x 51.0 cm), framed. Condition: Craquelure, possible old retouch to sky, very minor varnish inconsistencies. Provenance: Purchased in 1953 from Princess Cecilie of the House of Hohenzollern, Amarillo Texas, through to the current owner by family descent.
