Attributed to Christian Wilhelm Ernst Dietrich (German, 1712-1774) Christ Blessing Little Children Unsigned, attributed on a label affixed to the reverse. Oil on canvas, 12 3/4 x 16 in. (32.5 x 41.0 cm), framed in a shadow box (under glass). Condition: Small partial tear (1/2 in.) to l.r. quadrant, scattered minor paint losses, prevalent fine craquelure, probable old retouch, high gloss varnish. Provenance: A private Massachusetts collection.
