the openwork back having mother-of-pearl foliate and shou decoration centered with a marble inset, framed by mother-of-pearl inlaid Daoist emblems, the openwork sides having additional mother-of-pearl inlay, the rectangular seat with a conforming inset marble plaque over the pierce carved apron depicting lingzhi and coins, raised on block legs. Height 40 inches.
