(1786-1865) from the series (Edo no hana meisho-e), in collaboration with other artists including Utagawa Kunisada II (1823–1880) and Torii Kiyokuni, publisher Katoya Iwazo (Seibei), together with five other examples, one depicting a man with a fan and a lady playing a shamisen, one a kabuki actor and a samurai in a roundel, one a kabuki actor with drawn sword, one with three samurai in an interior setting, and one depicting a lady seated with a pipe and a teacup and a woman removing a hairpin woodblock prints first signed within a Toshidama cartouche Height of first sheet 14 1/8 x width 9 1/2 inches.
