in two parts, the upper section having a rectangular top over a frieze drawer and a central cupboard drawer flanked by two tambour doors opening to a series of pigeonholes and drawers, the lower section with a hinged fold-over writing surface over two long drawers, having porcelain mounted hardware each depicting a courting couple, raised on square tapering legs. Height 45 1/2 x width 33 3/4 x depth 17 1/2 inches.
