the first a Tibetan example having inset carved bone plaques with figural decoration in relief and metal mounts with inlaid coral and turquoise, the second a polychrome enamel porcelain example of spade form, having rose colored lion mask handles and depicting birds perched in flowering trees, with apocryphal Qianlong mark to the underside. Height of taller overall 4 5/8 inches.
