French, 19th century. Louis XV style side chair with ornate carved and pierced decoration on back and apron of flowers, shells and arabesques. Back and seat upholstered in pink rose floral clusters with entwined ribbon border on cream colored ground. Chair raised on four scrolled feet. Height 36.5", width 16.75", depth 14.6". Seat to floor 18.125". Provenance: From the Collection of Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
