of a salmon-pink color, the smaller branch of the coral carved into the body of Liu Hai, depicted with one hand raised overhead and holding the end of his strand of coins, the rope swinging and grasped at the other end by the mouth of the three-legged toad, the reverse depicting leafy bamboo stalks and a cicada, the larger branch of the coral a double-vessel with two openings, surmounted by a carved jadeite frog stopper lid, the whole raised on a hardwood stand. Height 2 1/8 inches.
