Standing Tole Peintre Wine Dispenser

Late 19th/Early 20th century. Tole peintre standing wine dispenser with circular lid above blue and white Delft porcelain knob handle. Body of vessel wih hand painted oval scene of sailboat in harbor surrounded by leaved and floral accents, overall with remnants of gilt banding. Wine dispenser wtih rounded handles on side and brass spicket at bottom. Raised on a later wooden stand supported on three tapered square legs terminating on wheeled casters. Approximate height 40.5".
