Chicago: Baird & Warner, 1928. Folio, publisher's cloth-backed green gilt-embossed, illustrated endpapers, slipcase. Profusely illustrated with black and white photographic illustrations throughout of over 100 apartment buildings in Chicago, many with typical lay-outs, architect, managers and descriptions of the interior. Light wear to boards with some soiling to spine; slipcase deteriorated.
